DLM Valves for wellhead and
Christmas tree full bore through conduit valve
has a parallel expanding gate with simultaneus
tight sealing on both seats. Upstream and downstream
seal is merely provided by the mechanical action
caused by the gate expansion and is not affected
by fluctuations or vibrations of the flow. Gate
expansion, against seats in either open or closed
position, also allows a very long integrity of
sealing surfaces as well as valve body from flow.
Seats are provided with a TFE insert assuring
a wiping action on sealing surfaces while seal
is of metal-to-metal type. Full metal-to-metal
is available on request.
Seats, gate, operating stem, may be replaced while
the valve is installed on line.
Stem packing is of chevron type filled with plastic
compound which lasrt for all valve life long.
The valve body may be grease filled through suitable
fittings provided on body.
DLM Valves for wellhead and Christmas tree does
not requires lubrificant during normal service
conditions.
DLM Valves for wellhead and Christmas tree is
manufactured to comply with API std. 6A and 6
D.
All pressure retaining parts are forged for the
highest reliability.
DLM Valves for wellhead and Christmas tree are
currently available in sizes ranging from 2 1/16
” to 4 1/16” while larger diameters
are available on request.
