DLM Fully Welded ball valves
can be provided with operating extensions to permit
underground installation or installation in remote
or inaccessible areas.
Extensions for the valve actuating mechanism equipped
with position indicators,can be provided on all
valves.
Underground and “double block and bleed”
valves are supplied with vent and drain connections
using piping with pressure rating equal or greater
than valve pressure rating.
For underground service the extensions are furnished
water-tight.
Piping of drain and sealant is also extended.
The length “M” should be provided
by customer.
Valves are available in full or reduced port.
The stem seal integrity is achieved with three
seals, two o-rings and a firesafe graphite gasket.
Anti blow-out stem design permits replacement
of the graphite gasket whilst the valve is under
pressure. Provision of emergency sealant injection
is fitted as standard.
